Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how KSG Law Group handles information collected through this website and online inquiries.
KSG Law LLC, doing business as KSG Law Group ("KSG Law," "we," "us," or "our"), respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This policy describes the information we may collect through the website, how we use and share that information, and the choices associated with online communications. This policy applies to website visitors and website inquiries; it does not govern information handled in connection with an established attorney-client relationship.
Information We Collect
When you contact KSG Law through our website, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, matter type, and a brief description of your inquiry. The contact form requires a way for us to respond, meaning you must provide at least an email address or telephone number.
We may also receive limited technical information about your visit, such as browser or device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with the website. This information may be collected through analytics or similar technologies.
Contact Forms and Sensitive Information
Our website currently uses Formspree to process contact-form submissions. Information submitted through the form may be transmitted to KSG Law by email and retained by Formspree in accordance with its services and policies.
Submitting a website inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Until KSG Law expressly agrees to represent you, you should not assume that information submitted through the website will be treated as confidential or privileged. Do not use the website contact form for deadlines, emergencies, or other time-sensitive matters.
How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the website to:
- review and respond to inquiries;
- evaluate whether KSG Law may be able to assist with a legal matter;
- communicate about an inquiry, including by telephone, email, or text message;
- perform conflicts checks and related intake functions;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
- understand website usage and the effectiveness of our communications or advertising; and
- comply with legal, ethical, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations.
Analytics, Cookies, and Advertising Technologies
KSG Law uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand website traffic and interactions. GA4 is optional and does not load unless you select “Accept analytics” in our privacy choices banner. If you decline, the website leaves GA4 unloaded and does not place GA4 analytics cookies.
If you accept analytics, Google may receive information about your device, browser, IP-derived approximate location, referring source, pages viewed, and interactions with the website. We have disabled Google advertising signals and advertising personalization in the website’s GA4 configuration. KSG Law does not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies.
Your selection is stored in your browser’s local storage so the website can remember it. You can review or change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection on the page and removes accessible GA4 cookies from this website. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
We may add advertising or retargeting technologies in the future. Before doing so, we will update this policy and the website’s consent controls as appropriate.
Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We may disclose website information to companies that help us operate our practice and website, such as website hosting providers, Formspree, Microsoft 365, analytics providers, technology vendors, and case-management or intake systems used after an inquiry progresses beyond the website.
When appropriate in evaluating, referring, or handling an inquiry, information may also be shared with co-counsel, referring attorneys, experts, investigators, litigation-support providers, medical-record retrieval services, or other professional service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or the integrity of our systems.
KSG Law does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Text Messages
If you provide a mobile telephone number, KSG Law may use that number to respond to your inquiry and for communications related to that inquiry. We do not use a telephone number submitted through the website contact form for promotional text-message marketing. Message and data rates imposed by your carrier may apply.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including evaluating and responding to inquiries, conflicts checking, recordkeeping, legal or ethical obligations, dispute prevention, and security. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the information and the services involved. Third-party providers may maintain information according to their own retention practices.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information submitted online.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and KSG Law does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, professional organizations, directories, maps, social platforms, or other external resources. KSG Law is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party websites. At this time, we do not intentionally embed third-party video, map, or social-media feeds on this page, but website features may change over time.
